Hikashu

Hikashu is a non-genre music unit formed in 1978. The music started with a rhythm box and Mellotron background, an underground theater-like content, and light, colorful singing voices.

They became generally recognized as a new wave rock and techno pop band in 1979, and although the members have changed since then, they still continue to perform independently with a methodology that allows improvisation and songs to coexist.

The live show is an ambivalence of euphoria and awakening . The ultimate non-genre… it’s improvisation is in the realm of magic.
