Sinthia

Sinthia Horvath (also known as Sinthia) started her musical studies at the age of six on the violin. Later she found herself singing.

Sinthia has won prizes in Hungarian and international music competitions.  Including First Place at the VII Europop International Singing Competition (2010), Third Place at the “Voice of the Musical” competition (2011), and in Serbia, she was a semi-finalist at the Lévay Szilveszter International Musical Singing Competition. Sinthia was named Best Soloist at the Jazz Showcase 2017.

She graduated as a Jazz Performer at the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music in 2017. In the summer of 2016, she founded her own band, the Horváth Cintia Quintet, which was awarded a special prize at the Jazz Showcase, the most important talent fair in Central Europe, held in 2017 at the Palace of Arts in Budapest.
