]]> Australian pianist and composer Johan Versk performed these songs as faithfully as possible with AudioDefine Records founder Cask J. Thomson at the helm, controlling the room and sound. With no fancy mastering or effect thrown on top, the result is a beautiful rendition of some of the greatest Ragtime tunes of all time. 

Recorded using a Bechstein Classic 118 Piano using a stereo configuration of Audio Technica AT4051B Small Diaphragm microphones (X/Y) through a Korg MR-20005 Rack Mount DSD Recorder utilising 5.6 MHz (DSD 128) 1-Bit DSDIFF for the DSD release. 

Great care has been taken to ensure that the performances featured on Masters of Rag are as close to the original sheet music as possible.
