The MERGING+PLAYER takes the original MERGING+NADAC converter to another level by adding a CPU card and Roon music playback software. This still enables connection to any player, server or computer on the network and its AES, Optical and Coaxial SPDIF inputs allow other digital equipment to be connected if you wish to operate it as a standard DAC.
The MERGING+PLAYER’s CPU Card and Roon software also gives the listener all the features in the original MERGING+NADAC plus the ability to playback DSD, DXD and PCM music files in Stereo and Multichannel 5.1 audio without the need to have an additional computer to access your music files. Just add an amplifier and speakers – or a set of active speakers and you’re all set. It’s simplicity itself!
