Ahora features three of today’s best-known proponents of Tango – Pablo Agri, Horacio Romo and Emiliano Messiez. Aliud’s fine recording features a somewhat unconventional trio in the tango world – bandoneon, violin and piano. The album contains largely original compositions, written by each of the trio’s members.

This album is a DSD Exclusive release in Stereo and 5.1 Channel Surround Sound DSD 256, DSD 128, DSD 64 and DXD plus Stereo DSD 512. It is not available on SACD. 

Violinist Pablo Agri explained further: “We each contributed two new compositions on the album and the three remaining tracks are new arrangements of well-known pieces such as El Choclo, Por Una Cabeza and Fuimos.”
