Produced by various AudioDefine team members and volunteers around the globe, The Sounds of Earth was a small prophetic project that was designed and recorded during the Covid19 pandemic with the aim to create a high definition soundscape — or soundtrack, if you will — to what we perceived as the beauty of Earth.
Given the opportunity to record various ambience with minimal disruption, we believed that the recordings should be universal and so the tracks have been edited to be played in stereo, through headphones, or upmixed using a sound receiver. The soundset can be played in entirety or looped without a noticeable difference.
