To The Memory Of An Angel is a historical live recording from 1967 of the violin concerto by Alban Berg. Performed by Irish violin player Norman Nelson with the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra conducted by Meredith Davies.

This iconic masterpiece, “To The Memory Of An Angel” was commissioned by the American violinist Louis Krasner but inspired by the death of Alma’s Mahler daughter Manon. This was also one of the latest pieces written by Berg as he died later in 1935.
