Syrinx was the beautiful acadian nymph of Greek legend who turned herself into a reed to escape Pan’s amorous advances. Of this reed, Pan made his pipes, crying: “Now I shall have you with me always!” Syrinx is an exquisite musical blend of two of the world’s most beautiful instruments – harp and flute, played by two extraordinary musicians, Anne Sullivan and Laurel Wyckoff.
