Flying Modus is a World Music album featuring the band Kerub.
Similar musical interest, openness, and giving up tight wing flight routine of everyday life makes the group’s common improvisation a celebration, a free fly in which nothing is discussed in advance, only the amount of time spent on making music. Being together is the only source of inspiration.
They speak a common language, they hear each other well, this musical-spiritual practice based on contemporary improvisational techniques is a fragile mode to fly. The cherubim have four faces, they have three. Perhaps the fourth is an Ancient Face they evoke who speaks to the listener through their voices.
